4 large mushrooms, 2 to 4 slices your favorite low fat cheese, 1 dash of dried parsley, 1 dash of ground pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, remove stem from mushrooms to give you the cavity to stuff, chop up cheese into tiny pieces and fill in cavity, sprinkle with remaining ingredients, spray Pam on oven dish and place inside, cook for 10 minutes or until cheese completely melted.
